Where are the apartments located?
Our apartments are all located on Princes Wharf in downtown Auckland right beside the ferry terminal and beside the Viaduct dining precint. We are also near the train and bus terminals so we’re ideally located for exploring Auckland.
Is there parking available?
There is pay and display parking located on the wharf near the apartments. We also have a limited number of carparks available that you can book with your accomodation. They are $30/day.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There are a number of supermarkets within easy walking distance of the apartments, including a Countdown Metro in the ground floor of the AMP building on Lower Albert Street.
What additional charges are there?
A one-off cleaning fee applies to each booking. This is:
$110 for 1 bedroom apartments
$135 for 2 bedroom apartments
$145 for 3 bedroom apartments
A 3.9% credit card fee also applies to all bookings as does a $200 refundable damage deposit. This is refundable within 7 business days of checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 60 days prior to checkin. After that date they become non-refundable.
